I guess my husband loves the color
that goes with everything

of the dirt of the earth the dust
deserts dead forests smoke
and pollution the growing pall
which has begun to overpower
the green ruffles of forest
stray into the breathtaking
blue of the oceans
not a good look for a planet
whose sense of well-dressed
is quite different from ours
